Provincial Stream 13-15 Program
This is for returning competitive athletes or those who have been assessed and invited to join our provincial stream experienced program by our head coach.
Fees are calculated on an annual basis and can be paid in either 3 or 6 installments. Fees are paid by pre-authorized debit. Your pre-authorized debit form will be emailed to you with confirmation of registration.
TRAINING: starts at the beginning of September.
Saanich Commonwealth place is closed for regular maintenance the first 2 weeks of September. Details for those first two weeks will be communicated to families in August.
Regular training: training at Commonwealth Place starts September 16th

- Mondays 4-7 pm
- Wednesdays 4:30-6:30 pm
- Thursdays 4-7 pm
- Sundays 8 am - 12:30 pm
Victoria Artistic Swimming Cancellation Policy:
Before December 1, 2024:
An athlete that wishes to withdraw from the club is required to give 30 days written notice to the head coach (Victoriaheadcoachbrenda@gmail.com) and registrar (jennifervicsynchro@gmail.com) of the club. Training fees are payable until the expiry of the 30 day notice period. Club Registration Fee, BCAS & CAS fees are non-refundable!
After December 1, 2024:
An athlete that wishes to withdraw from the club will not receive a refund except for medical reasons or extenuating circumstances which will be reviewed on an individual basis and at the discretion of the Victoria Artistic Swimming Board.
